A purchasing group consisting of CAI Capital Management of Toronto and New York and certain members of Amcor Plastube’s current management has acquired Amcor Plastube, Granby, QC, Canada. As a result of the purchase, the new company will be known as Plastube North America. Plastube North America will operate out of its existing facility in Granby. All of the current management team has remained in place.
